SECTION 7 – RETURN POLICY

Standard Return Policy

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning an eBook/book you purchased from BRANDS EDUCATION:

You can only return items purchased from BRANDS EDUCATION only.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it upon our approval.
You are not returning an eBook/book without our approval.
You have not viewed or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of BRANDS EDUCATION e-book.
You have not used any included access codes for any online resource that came with your e-book purchase.
You have not previously returned the same e-Book/book from a prior purchase.
You have not returned a total of 3 or more e-books/books in the past 90 days across all of your BRANDS EDUCATION accounts.

How to return an eBook

All you need to do is contact BRANDS EDUCATION Support for assistance, and they will guide you through the process.

SECTION 8 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own responsibility and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
